Specialist Fertility Services

Tender description

This service provides Specialist Fertility treatment for the NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups for Norfolk and Waveney. Services will be provided in line with the Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Policy Development Group Clinical Threshold Policy: Assisted Conception Commissioning Policy and with any relevant policy statements on Knowledge Anglia e.g. Cryopreservation. This specification should be read alongside these policies. Eligible population in line with the Norfolk and Waveney Clinical Policy Development Group Clinical Threshold Policy: Assisted Conception Commissioning Policy, for the following CCGs: • NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group • NHS North Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group • NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group • NHS South Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group • NHS West Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Group. The contracts with be Any Qualified Provider (AQP) agreements, and as such will have zero value and volume. The contract will have an initial three year term and will permit a contract extension for a further 2 years subject to, but not limited to, satisfactory performance.
