South Cambridgeshire District Council - Graphics for North East Cambridge Area Action Plan

Cambridge City Council and South Cambridgeshire District Council are jointly preparing an Area Action Plan for North East Cambridge which forms part of the overall development plans for the area and referred to as the Cambridge Northern Fringe Area Action Plan in the Local Development Scheme. Following the responses received from the issues and options consultation held in Spring 2019, the proposed Draft Area Action Plan document is intended to set out the draft plan which will set out the vision, objectives, spatial framework, urban design guidance and infrastructure requirements. The tender is to lead the graphic support for • The production of maps, infographics, diagrams, tables, photos and illustrations • The production of the desk-top published document • The production of publicity, and event material The first draft of the document would need to be ready for internal consultations and briefings by the 25th October 2019. The document is programmed to be in the public domain by the 25th November 2019 and would go out for formal public consultation in Spring 2020. Graphic support will be required to incorporate any changes requested via the internal process between 25th October 2019 and Spring 2020 in advance of the public consultation. Some of the information may not be ready for the 25th Oct 2019 and may need to be inserted in November 2019. Keywords: Graphic Design
