This advert is for a market engagement meeting/demonstration. This is not a call for competition-a separate contract notice will be published when the procurement procedure commences. Runnymede Borough Council is looking to host market engagement meetings/demonstration prior to carrying out procurement for a range of integrated management systems relating to: — housing management, — revenues and benefits, — CRM and self service portal, and — electronic document management. This notice intends to identify suppliers who would like to express an interest in providing this service and to invite all interested parties to provide demonstration on 1 of the demonstration days to be held as below — housing management system will be week commencing 14.10.2019. EDMS will be week commencing 14.10.2019. Revenues and benefits will be week commencing 4.11.2019. CRM and self service will be week commencing 4.11.2019. Further details about the high level requirements of the above system and suppliers demonstration details are available in the document ‘High Level Requirements for Integrated Management System-Soft Market Testing’ using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities Suppliers wishing to engage in the procurement and provide Demo will be required to complete the ‘Potential supplier Reply Sheet’ and return via the correspondence functionality of the eSourcing portal before 4th October.
