Tender description

The London Borough of Camden will be negotiating a contract with one provider for the delivery of mental health high supported living services in Tile House and Cliff Road. The contract will run for a period of 3 years with the option of 2 extensions of 1-year each. This service supports adults with severe mental illness who are unable to live independently. The service will enhance daily living skills in order to enable independent living in the future. The proposed strategy will contribute to Camden 2025 where everyone in Camden should have a place to call home, and be able to live a healthy independent life. The contract value contains an element of Individual Service Fund. This notice has been issued to notify the market of the London Borough of Camden’s intention to directly award a contract to 1 organisation following a negotiated process. The organisation will deliver supported living services in Camden. This service forms part of the Mental Health Accommodation Pathway. It is the Council’s intention to award the contract in January/February 2020 with a commencement date on or around 1.4.2020.
