Durham County Council & Health partners are currently undertaking a strategic review of short break services to children and young people with a range of SEND. -- We would like to conduct a market research & engagement task by speaking to providers who currently deliver (or maybe interested in delivering) community short break services for children and young people with learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge. Please note, this is not a guarantee of commissioned work but the outcome of this research will contribute to future commissioning arrangements of short break services. -- Please email ahs.commissioning@durham.gov.uk or telephone 03000 266 837 to arrange a consultation at a suitable time on one of the following dates: - Wednesday 18th September 2019 (PM) - Thursday 26th September 2019 (AM/PM) -- If you are unavailable to attend a face-to-face meeting, then a telephone consultation can also be arranged for your convenience.
