Anchor Hanover’s in-house communications team is tendering for PR agency support. The successful agency/agencies will be required to work with Anchor Hanover to increase brand awareness among target audiences. In order to get the best return on our investment we are splitting our PR requirements into 4 distinct requirements: — press office public relations services, — campaigns and projects public relations services, — property public relations services, and — public affairs services. Pro-active and reactive media liaison. Tactics are not restricted to, but are likely to include, ‘media hijacks’, comment/blog opportunities, letters to editors, sell-in content generated in-house to websites deemed priorities by our specialist SEO agency and news-worthy omnibus research. The contract will not include handling negative issues as this is managed in-house. Working with Anchor Hanover’s communications team to develop award-winning initiatives which drive brand awareness through media and word-of-mouth. These would build on recent successes such as standing up 4 sitting down and 10 today. The campaigns and projects public relations services is support is to be executed in the financial year from April 2020 to May 2021. Specialist property PR to generate coverage of our new developments, in line with our sales strategy. Likely to focus on property supplements of mainstream national media as well as lifestyle titles and regional media. Specialist public affairs support to development a programme of stakeholder engagement in line with our communications strategy and based on the Anchor Hanover Programme for Change Manifesto.
