Tender description
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and / or South Essex Homes invites bids for the provision of its property insurance in respect of private dwellings sold on a leasehold basis and Equity Share / Mortgaged Properties (excluding the provision of insurance broking services). New Contract is expected to commence at 00.01am on the 1st April 2020 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
