Provision Of Enforcement Agent And Sundry Debt Collection Services

Tender description

Nottinghamshire County Council seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced organisations to provide Enforcement Agent (formerly bailiffs) services in relation to the collection of sums due as a result of unpaid Civil Parking Enforcement Penalty Charge Notices on behalf of the Council and other public service partners in the East Midlands. The Enforcement Agents will also be asked to recover various other sundry debts due to the Council. This is a restricted process. The basis for shortlisting will be the 6 companies that score the highest marks on the SSQ (standard selection questionnaire) and passes all pass/fail questions and meets the required standard for scoring of the questions contained in the selection questionnaire.
