Procurement of Civil Legal Aid Services from Autumn 2019

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting responses from Applicants to its Invitations To Tender ("ITTs") for the delivery of publicly funded civil legal aid services from Autumn 2019 under the following contracts: • 2018 Standard Civil Contract ("Face to Face Contract") in Education and Discrimination; and • 2018 Specialist Telephone Advice Contract for Civil Legal Advice (CLA) in Education, Discrimination and Housing and Debt("CLA Contract") Applicants must ensure that they complete this Selection Questionnaire for 2019 Contracts for civil legal aid services, in addition to a response to the relevant Invitation(s) to Tender ("ITT(s)") for the civil legal aid services the Applicant wishes to deliver under the 2018 Contracts. This opportunity opens on 11 June 2019. The deadline for submitting a response is 9am on 10 July 2019.
