The Luton Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified providers for the printing and distribution of Luton Life Magazine. This opportunity is divided into two lots. LOTS 1 is print and LOTS 2 is distribution. One provider can submit a quote for both lots where they can provide both services, otherwise the councils welcomes single quote for each lot.
