Tender description

West Lothian Council have a requirement for a case management and document management system. West Lothian Council have a requirement for a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a planning services integrated mapping and public register system. The system will include: — a case management system, document management system, — a public access web facing platform, — a workflow system to progress applications and track online submissions, — connects to and works in tandem with the Scottish Governments eDevelopment portals, — inbuilt reporting set up to provide data as required by the Scottish Government and allow for changes to software as a result of legislative change.
