As per recent Prior Information Notice, The London Borough of Havering are seeking expressions of interest from service providers to provide a Supported Hospital Discharge service across 3 London Boroughs; Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge from April 2020. This procurement is due to go live between October and November 2019.
