Journey Planning Service - Pre-Market Engagement

Leicester City Council is considering options for the replacement of its journey planning service due to the discontinuation of service with the existing provider. The current service is a web based journey planning system embedded on the Choose How You Move website; http://www.choosehowyoumove.co.uk/jp/ We are interested in understanding the market, and whether vendors can supply all of the requirements as outlined in section 3. We are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in operating a journey planning service. The information provided will be useful in helping inform and shape solutions to our requirements. We are committed to fairness and transparency in all of our procurement activity. Responding to this pre-market engagement will not place you in a more favourable position and likewise declining to respond will not disadvantage you. The responses received will only be used for the purposes of background information which informs our specification and options appraisal.
