Ulster University (UU) publishes this notice concerning a proposed agreement (the agreement) with Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall Ltd (BWUH), to hold summer and winter Graduation Ceremonies from July 2019 to December 2021. Ulster University (UU) publishes this notice concerning a proposed agreement with Belfast Waterfront and Ulster Hall Ltd (BWUH), to hold summer and winter graduation ceremonies from July 2019 to December 2021. It is anticipated there will be approximately 6 or 7 summer graduation ceremonies in July of each year and approximately 2 winter graduation ceremonies in December of each year. Each graduation ceremony will consist of approximately 500 students with 2 additional guests per graduate. It is anticipated the graduation ceremonies will take place at the Waterfront Hall in Belfast to include venue hire, pre-graduation set-up, tickets, catering, first aid, security, hire of additional rooms and technical audio visual services. The total estimated contract value over 30 months is approximately 791 000 GBP.
