Tender description

The Council is seeking to procure an integrated risk and resilience service to provide a range of complimentary services to provide holistic support to children and young people with a variety of needs and aspirations. Scope: The range of services to be provided as part of a cohesive risk and resilience service offer are as follows: — specialist and targeted substance misuse treatment and prevention, — missing from home or care, — young people at risk of or experiencing exploitation, — targeted detached youth interventions, — wrap around support for multi-agency professionals contributing to prevention of substance misuse, missing and exploitation as well as the broader promotion of sexual health. The London Borough of Merton is seeking to procure an experienced service provide specialising in working with young people in the areas of substance misuse, sexual health, missing and exploitation and detached youth work. This invitation is open to all suitably experienced providers — the Council will be awarding the contract pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime).
