GB-Harwich: STA1162 - 18 Month Hardware Support for AV Equipment

Tender description

Hardware and software support contract for all audio visual equipment throughout the service for 18 months. The support agreement includes next business day on-site technical support and business hours telephone support. Equipment repairs, including parts and labour, with the exception of consumables such as lamps, are included within this agreement, and where possible, a loan of equipment can be organised when repair work requires a product to be sent back to the supplier.
