Tender description

G-Live is an entertainment venue situated in Guildford Town Centre consisting of main concert space with a capacity of 1 031 people seated, 1 700 standing, and a second space seating for up to 100. In addition, there are hospitality and meeting rooms. G-Live has been operating for just over 8 years, since it opened in September 2011. The current turnover of the venue is approximately 2 800 000 GBP per annum. The existing contract to operate the venue expires in September 2021. The Council is looking to let a new contract for the operation of G-Live to a suitably qualified operator who will further develop the business.
