Who Speclialist Work With CVS Management Team DVSA project team Primary digital supplier (Deloitte) Client side assurance supplier (BJSS) DVSA Delivery Management community What Specialists Work On • To deliver the agreed digital scope as defined by the CVS project governance function. • To ensure delivery quality meets the requirements of the Service Owner • To ensure delivery meets the agreed milestones and deadlines • To ensure delivery expenditure remains within agreed budgets • To ensure services developed by the project meet DVSA and GDS standards • To ensure service releases meet DVSA support standards and are supported by appropriate artefacts. The project is working to a challenging timeline and therefore delivery continuity and ability to integrate with the existing delivery team and project approach (Agile Kanban Flow) will be prioritised. Working Arrangements On site 3 days a week to work directly with the suppliers and the business.
