Tender description
The Luton Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to provide a consultation portal. The council currently uses an online consultation portal to manage both our town planning and corporate consultation activities. The council has reviewed their consultation and engagement needs and is looking for a consultation portal that is much more engaging, friendly and inclusive than any platform the council has used before and that encourages dialogue and feedback with stakeholders.
