Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition for the works and purchase of section 106 planning obligation (20 %) of affordable housing comprising of 81 rented at Phase 2a, Northstowe. The land is owned by Homes England and the developer has the sole rights to develop this land. SCDC has assessed that this will provide SCDC with the best consideration. Please note that the award is subject to a successful planning application.
