Tender description

Scottish Enterprise (SE) owns 3 multi-tenanted offices and a security gatehouse on the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, East Kilbride: Brunel building, Nasmyth building and Prism House. Providing a clean, welcoming and safe environment to all staff, visitors and clients is paramount to SE. This invitation to tender (ITT) will establish a single, 3 year contract (with the option to extend for a further 1 year period) to maintain a clean office environment, and ensure full compliance with SE’s environmental obligations whilst ensuring an effective and considered approach to the expenditure of public funds. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1.12.2019 for a 3-year period, with SE having the option to extend for a further 1 year period. Contract services to incorporate: — cleaning of offices tenanted and vacant, meeting rooms corridors, staircases and landings, reception and breakout areas, lifts, tea prep and kitchen areas, toilets and showers, — internal and internal window cleaning, — supply, replenishment and management of cleaning consumables, — supply and management of dust floor mats and sanitary requirements, — specific building requirements for the Brunel, Gatehouse, Nasmyth and Prism House buildings are identified in the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park (SETP) Cleaning specification document detail (Appendix A provides more detail).
