Tender description

The Contract is for the construction of a new build single storey Changing Pavilion at the Station Road Playing Fields in Kells, replacing the existing mobile changing facilities. Accommodation comprises 2no. changing room with toilet and shower facilities, referee changing facilities, first aid room, public toilet facilities, kitchen, and storage areas. The building is traditional in form, with rendered blockwork walls and zinc cladding features to the roof and entrance area. Dual access is to be provided from the car park and pitch side elevations. External works include the extension of the access road to include additional parking spaces, and pedestrian ramped access to the new building from the existing car park area. The contract period is 28 weeks.
