Central Bedfordshire Council is starting to develop a vision for the area for 2050. The vision will paint a clear picture of the type of place we all want Central Bedfordshire to be in 30 years' time. It will set out how our we will expect and plan for change in our area and how we will protect and enhance everything that is special about Central Bedfordshire. As part of developing this vision the council is putting together a programme of events and activities to engage stakeholders, businesses and the public. We need a provider who is experienced in public engagement activities to help us with the coordination and logistics to attend these events and make them successful. Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system. Last date for receiving questions on In-Tend system - 27 August 2019 Return of Quotation - Completed Quotations and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Quotations must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Quotations submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Quotation must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 12:00 noon on 2 September 2019. Quotations received after that time will be excluded. Target contract commencement date or delivery date 16 September 2019 Contract term - Two months
