Tender description

Fingal County Council is seeking to establish a multi-party framework agreement for employers representative led integrated design team services for construction and refurbishment/upgrading/repair type projects including but not limited to residential use, estate/public space areas, public buildings and facilities, public realm type works, etc. The construction projects envisaged will range in value from 1 000 000 EUR – circa 20 000 000 EUR and may be a combination of a number of sub-projects for residential and/or other related projects such as libraries, community facilities, etc. Projects may require full or partial stage service delivery as set out in Schedule B of the tender and schedule; these will be defined in future mini-competitions to the framework members. The multi-party framework will be made available for use by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, South Dublin County Council and Wicklow County Council also. The multi-party framework agreement will be established on foot of initial contracts for: — Project A: full design team service for delivery of a proposed residential construction project at Hayestown, Rush, County Dublin, — Project B: partial consultancy service for the project oversight, control and administration of a contractor design and construction contract for 69 accelerated delivery dwellings at Cappaghfinn 3, Cappagh Road, Cappogue, Dublin 11.
