We are seeking to appoint a Business Improvement District specialist to undertake a feasibility study to establish whether a BID should be pursued in Barnoldswick. If a BID for Barnoldswick is seen to be feasible, it would be required for the appointed specialist to undertake a further development & implementation process to establish and implement a BID for Barnoldswick, Lancashire.
