Antrim Loughshore Park Repair Works to Jetties, etc Hard and Soft Landscaping

Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to carry out refurbishment works to existing marine infrastructure, hard and soft landscaping, and ancillary items. The location of the works is at Antrim Loughshore Park, Co Antrim. Project Scope – The works include (but are not confined to):- • repairs to existing Jetties and Slipways • hard landscaping • provision of protective railings • provision of automatic barriers • provision of CAD drawings of post installation Project Complexity: Work will be undertaken on a live site, close to water and within a Special Protection Area. The envisaged construction contract period is 12-14 weeks. Further information on this will be detailed in the Invitation to Tender Documentation.
