Uninterruptible power supplies

Tender description

Translink is currently looking to tender for a maintenance contract to cover its UPS (uninterrupted power supplies) and generator fleet for its bus and rail divisions. The maintenance contract will cover the servicing, repair, callout (including emergency response) and supply of consumable spares for the following equipment: UPS – Riello, Liebert and Gammatronic ranging from Single Phase 8-20kVa to 3 Phase 20-60kVa. Generators – Wilson, Lister and Addicott 8-70kVa. The above mentioned UPS and generator manufactures are not to be deemed to be a definitive list but only being provided as a snapshot of types currently installed within some Translink Properties. Before embarking on a tender process, Translink wishes to engage with the market place to gather intelligence which will inform the sourcing strategy for this contract and thus, the procurement process. We are seeking to engage with experienced UPS and generator maintenance providers, which are capable of fulfilling all the requirements list above.
