Tender description

Crown Commercial Service intends to undertake a tendering exercise to establish a framework agreement for use by UK central Government and wider public sector organisations for the supply and fit of tyres and additional services. These bodies include, but are not limited to, central government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, devolved administrations, NHS bodies, local authorities, police, voluntary sector, charities and private sector organisations procuring on behalf of these bodies. This framework will replace the current RM3767 Supply and fit of tyres framework agreement. The lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement. Crown Commercial Service (CCS) intends to undertake a retendering exercise to establish a framework agreement for use by UK central Government and the wider public sector organisations for the supply and fit of tyres, consumables and associated services. An Industry Day will be held on 14.10.2019 in Liverpool in order to engage with the market and gain feedback on the proposed framework agreement. Suppliers who wish to register an interest in attending the Industry Day should send an email clearly stating ‘Industry Day’ in the subject line to:- rm6142tyres@crowncommercial.gov.uk Including the following information: — name of contact, — name of organisation, — email address, — telephone contact number. Please note that attendance will be limited to 2 representatives from each supplier organisation. Numbers may be further restricted based on demand.
