Tender description

To supply and install screed, rigid insulation and gas membrane to ground floors to 19 nr new build plots. Lay gas membrane dpm. (dressed under external wall D.P.C) with sealed joints and 300mm laps over block and beam system. 150mm thick Jabfloor EPS rigid insultation laid on block and beam system and overlaid by vapour control layer. 30mm thick. Edge insulation to be laid around perimeter to top of screed finish. Finish with 75mm thick polypropylene fibre reinforced screed. Traditional construction 19nr dwellings in brick/block cavity structure, built in semi-detached dwellings, tarmac/asphalt roads and public paths; pcc flagged plot paths; soft landscaping generally grassed).
