Tender description

The winning bidder(s) will be required to lock and unlock Forestry England car parks 364 days a year. In addition provide security patrols and emergency response to incidents upon request. Lot 1: within the Thames Chase Beat (covering Havering and Thurrock) the contractor will be required to lock and unlock 7 Forestry England car parks 364 days a year. In addition provide security patrols and emergency response to incidents upon request at the 7 car park sites plus 3 further sites. The sites will be locked between 04.00 p.m. and 09.00 p.m. dependent on season and daylight hours and will be opened daily by 06.00 a.m. Lot 2: to lock and unlock the Forestry England car park at Jeskyns Community Woodland, near Gravesend in Kent, 364 days a year. In addition provide security patrols and emergency response to incidents upon request. The site will be locked between 04.00 p.m. and 09.00 p.m. dependent on season and daylight hours and will be opened daily by 06.00 a.m.
