Tender description

Construction of a new build performing arts centre which includes a 400 seat theatre, an exam hall and teaching spaces. Organisations will be invited to submit a SQ which will need to be returned within 7 days from the 7th of October. The ITT will be based on a design and build contracting basis and it is envisaged that this will be completed as a single stage tender. Tenderers will be asked to submit a fixed price to complete the works as described.
