Replacement of boilers at 29 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4ND - AWARD

Tender description

The contractor will be responsible for: (a) the design, development and implementation of all the works required for the replacement of the two boilers; (b) the preparation, if required, of fully co-ordinated working drawings; (c) the supply and installation of plant and materials, including the relocation of existing services and equipment where required; (d) any associated minor builders' work; (e) some minor redecoration and repair works; (f) the testing and setting to work and commissioning in a manner to suit the contract programme; (g) the provision of handover documents and, if applicable, drawings.
