Tender description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (Hillingdon) is running a tender competition for an agreement (the Contract) for the proposed remedial works at Zealand Avenue, Uxbridge, UB7 0BW The works which are the subject of this Pricing Schedule comprise, generally of the following:- * External render repair * internal damp, * plastering and redecoration repairs, * chemical DPC injection * sundry minor repairs Prospective contractors should carry out their own site visit before quoting. Please see the surveyor's report for a detailed description of all required works, EXCLUDING item 3.05.2, replace missing radiator cap.
