One Housing is looking to invite interested and suitably qualified organisations to participate in a market engagement exercise, in order to understand how we might work with an external procurement and supply chain management partner to support and improve the management of our food supply chain across a number of our services. The engagement exercise will also help us to gauge potential interest in the opportunity and identify the key providers in the market. It is envisaged that a Supply chain management partner (SCMP) would support and improve the management of our food supply chain in order to achieve the following objectives: 1) Value for money; 2) Quality produce and supply; and 3) High standards of service delivery. Our food and ingredient requirements extend across our older persons schemes under the Baycroft and Season brands, our Soho-based hostel with bar and café open to non-residents, and our mental health supported housing schemes at Lime Tree Gardens and Camden Park House. We would like to hear from potential providers who have an understanding of the care sector, and in particular nursing homes, as well as specific knowledge around IDDSI and modified food and textures.
