Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) is undertaking this procurement on behalf of the East Midlands and Mid Anglia Libraries Consortium (EMMAC) to establish a framework agreement for the supply of Library stock materials EMMAC Consortium consists of: — Cambridgeshire County Council, — Creative Learning Services (CLS), — Derby City Council, — Derbyshire County Council, — Inspire: Culture Learning and Libraries (Midlands) (known as ‘Inspire’), — Inspire’s Education Library Service (ELS), — Leicestershire County Council, — Leicester City Council, — Nottingham City Council, — Peterborough City Council, — Rutland County Council. Any resulting framework agreement will be entered into by Inspire as the lead member of the consortium. Supply of new adult fiction and non-fiction books, stock revision and reference standing orders. Supply of Children’s and young adult fiction and non-fiction books, books for education library services; including non-fiction to support Foundation, KS1 and KS2 and some provision for KS3 and KS4. DVD including general release feature films should be available as well as a broad selection of TV series, children’s titles, World Cinema and Bollywood, and non-fiction DVD’s. All must be available in rental format.
