Tender description
The requirement is for an overarching independent evaluation of the activities undertaken by areas supported by the Rough Sleeping Grant. We are seeking to commission an external evaluator who can conduct a process evaluation, evaluate the efficiency and cost benefit of the models funded by the grant scheme, support local areas to develop and achieve a consistent approach to data collection and support areas in conducting local evaluations.
