YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the supply of liquid fuels and ancillary services for use in the education market and local authority sectors. This framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and other contracting authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivered direct to the end customer. Lot 1 will be called-off through direct award route for the first 2 years of the framework agreement. After 2-year period those lots will be called-off via further competition only. Lot 2 will be called off through Direct Award route for the first 2 years of the framework agreement. After 2-year period those lots will be called off via Further Competition only. Lot 3 will be called off through Direct Award route for the first 2 years of the framework agreement. After 2-year period those lots will be called off via Further Competition only. Lot 4 will be called off through Direct Award route for the first 2 years of the framework agreement. After 2-year period those lots will be called off via Further Competition only.
