Tender description

The housing and children’s services department have been awarded Welsh Government Youth Innovation Fund Grant to commission a Housing first for youth project based upon local needs and with a preventative approach in mind to reduce youth homelessness. The service for single people over the age of 16 as part of its focus on early intervention to prevent homelessness. This housing first approach will assist in meeting this aim and contribute towards the reduction of homelessness, healthy relationships and building resilience in those vulnerable individuals accessing both statutory and non statutory services.
