The Council is procuring for a single supplier for the provision of supported living services for adults with learning disabilities at the following properties: — Perlla Isaf, Rhoslefain, Tywyn, — 9 Heol Rowen, Fairbourne, — 9 Swn y Nant, Bontddu, Dolgellau. Any budget indicated within this notice is an estimation only. Gwynedd Council are looking for a single provider to run the supported living projects (for up to 5 years) at: — Perlla Isaf, Rhoslefain, Tywyn, — 9 Heol Rowen, Fairbourne, — 9 Swn y Nant, Bontddu, Dolgellau. This project requires the provider to support individuals with complex needs to live independently and maintain their tenancies.
