Tender description

The provision of Public Health Services for Children and Young People in Bromley aged 0 to 19 years. The various services contained within this tender opportunity are currently provided by two (2) different contractors under smaller contracts. The new service will incorporate these smaller contracts into a single contractor with a sole provider. Effective Public Health approaches should deliver evidence based action in the following life stages: — best start: encompassing pre-conception until the age of five (5), — growing well: encompassing school age children and young people. Importantly the actions taken should focus on parents and carers not only the children and young people through a ‘whole-family’ approach. The Healthy Child Programme is the heart of Public Health Services for children and families bringing together the evidence on delivering good health, well-being and resilience for every child. The London Borough of Bromley (‘The Council’) is inviting tenders for the provision of children's public health services for children and young people aged 0-19 and who live in the borough.
