Aberdeen City Council are exploring various sourcing options re its supply of hand tools. We are interested to find out what the market can offer by way of a total lease package — re the incorporation of things such as HAVS (Hand and Arm Vibration Syndrome) calibration and risk assessments, any additional services such as insurance, the loan of tools during servicing, delivery KPIs, etc. Aberdeen City Council are exploring various sourcing options re its supply of hand tools.
