YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a framework agreement for the supply and fit of vehicle glass replacement and repair and recalibration of cameras. Glass will cover windscreens, side screens and sunroofs. This will be call out roadside repair for all glass including windscreens and dynamic calibration and workshop mobile calibration for use in the emergency services and local authority sectors. This framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and other contracting authorities by establishing an agreement where the end customer will place the order with the provider and the provider delivered direct to the end customer. This specification details the services and the manner in which they are to be provided to the Police Forces and other Emergency Service organisations.
