Formulation of a Strategic Asset Management Plan

Tender description

The West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) requires a suitable consultant to formulate a comprehensive and robust strategic asset management plan which will act as a solid base to help deliver significant benefits in the way the WMCA manages its existing and future assets and will offer opportunities for how to best align the WMCA's business objectives to the asset management plan. In order to access the documents and submit a bid please do so through BravoSolution, the WMCA's e-tendering portal (https://wmca.bravosolution.co.uk). The tender reference is itt_697 and if you are not already registered on BravoSolution it is free and usually only takes a few minutes. Bids are being assessed on the basis of 70% quality and 30% price. Only those organisations that have answered all of the questions and provided all supporting documents satisfactorily in the Qualification Envelope of BravoSolution will go on to have their tenders evaluated. Please submit all responses, via BravoSolution, by the tender deadline which is 1200 noon on Friday 27th September 2019 and the deadline for any clarification questions, also via BravoSolution, is 1200 noon on Monday 23rd September 2019.
