Tender description

The Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Viability Assessment. The study will help the Council determine the viability of CIL and aid the formulation of a preliminary Draft Charging Schedule for residential development in the Borough (The Council is not currently considering charging CIL on any other forms of development).
