The Runnymede Borough Council is inviting tender for the design and construction of 26 residential apartments at Ashdene House, St Jude’s road, Surrey TW20. The development comprises of 22 x 1 bedroom/ 2 Person units and 4 x 2 bed / 4 Person, together with common parts and external landscaping and access. The existing building will be demolished prior to this contract starting. The contract includes developing the client commenced design through to ‘for construction’ stages. As all residential apartments will be sold in to the open market, and therefore the highest standards of construction and finish, together with construction methodology given the site is located in a small and quiet community location will be key requirements.
