Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

Tender description

The works comprise construction of a new build housing development. The address of the project is Blar Mor, Fort William. The works covered comprise: — the construction of 117 Nr new social housing units comprising a mix of terraced, semi-detached, detached and flats. The flats are of traditional construction, whereas the houses are timber frame kit, — the heating is currently proposed as Calor LPG with PV’s, — the site is currently being platformed, and will be circa 600 mm below finished plot levels, — all associated external works, roads, sewers and landscaping.
