Children's Residential Placements

Further to the previous PIN (2019/S 139-342392), Essex County Council would like to invite prospective candidates for this procurement opportunity to attend a further market engagement event in respect of the forthcoming procurement for children's residential placements on 4th October 2019 at the Council's main offices at County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH. During this workshop the Council will present an overview of the tender process and explain how to submit a compliant response via the Council's e-tendering portal. This workshop will be conducted during 2 timeslots, firstly between 09:30 to 11:30 with an alternative session held between 14:00 and 16:00.
