Tender description

The brief: To obtain a catering provider following the construction of the new visitor Hub development which includes a larger café which forms part of the forest wide Masterplan. The new Café will seat approximately 150 internal covers with extra seating provided externally on the covered terrace. The site currently attracts approx. 750 000 visitors a year. The Café is predicted to meet current and future demand. The project key aims is to deliver an improved visitor experience, reduce environmental impact and increase profitability of Delamere Forest by improving the infrastructure on site to cope with demand and increase the capacity.
