Tender description

NIE Networks has a requirement to maintain a safe and roadworthy fleet. As part of this obligation it is necessary to carry out timely and proper repairs to vehicles that have been damaged as a result of an accident. NIE Networks wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a contractor for this service requirement. One framework agreement will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender (MEAT) for a period of 3 years with the option to extend (entirely at NIE Networks sole discretion) for up to 2 extension periods, the first period of up to 3 years and the second period of up to 2 years (8 years in total). The estimated value range (excluding VAT) of the tender is as follows: — 3 year value: up to 340 000 GBP, — 6 year value: up to 675 000 GBP, — 8 year value: up to 900 000 GBP.
