Tender description

HIAL wish to appoint a sole supplier to a contract for: (a) exclusive supply of Jet A-1 Aviation Fuel to Dundee Airport; (b) supply of refuelling equipment to Dundee Airport, including a fuel tanker of minimum 18 000 litre capacity capable of pressure and gravity supply, with back up facilities as and when required; (c) provision of maintenance services for HIAL fuel storage facility at Dundee Airport (which comprises 2 underground storage tanks capable of storing around 110 000 litres in total), refuelling equipment and associated equipment; (d) approved training to Dundee Airport staff involved in aircraft refuelling; (e) audit of fuel handling practices at Dundee Airport; and (f) supply of Avgas fuel (Optional).
